A beautiful?pair of mother of pearl cufflinks from the Edwardian (ca1910) era! Made of vibrant 18kt yellow gold, these fabulous double-sided cufflinks have a platinum-topped frame and lovely mother of pearl surface. Resting at the center of each is a delicate mine cut diamond in a milgrained bezel, a nice sparkling accent! The mother of pearl surface displays soft, iridescent?hues of pale pink and green that are visible when turned in the light. The platinum border displays an engine-turned?pattern that lends?a light texture to the design.?The cufflinks are stamped "18CT" on the back, and are connected by a strand of gold chain. These wonderful?cufflinks have a classic?design that would look fantastic worn by a man or a woman!
Measurements:?Each cufflink face?measures?1/2" in diameter and is 1/8" thick. The connecting?strand of chain measures 7/8" long.
Condition:?The overall condition of the cufflinks is excellent. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the platinum-topped gold setting or to the mother of pearl surface. Both diamonds are intact, and the strands of connecting chain are secure.
